Clinic’s key people.

The author of this report  has had 45 years experience in Industrial Engineering , Systems Analysis,Electronics manufacturing , Nuclear Safety Engineering,Construction   and many related fields in both Industrial Safety and OSHA compliance since 1971.  In the late 1970’s I was the Engineer of the St. Benedict’s Hospital and Nursing Home in San Antonio reporting to the Mother Superior of the  Benedictine Nuns who owned the facility.   i accepted for the Order, the new  3 story hospital building built by Bartlett Cocke  Construction Company of San Antonio. I supervised the layout and installation of the breathing gas system of both the existing hospital and the new building also.

I have owned many businesses in the past, the last was The  San Antonio Manufacturing Company, Inc. Currently I am the webmaster for 13 domains and the operation of our own eCommerce stores and affiliate web stores. We have over 50,000 items on line and as many in stock  ready to list.  Most are collectible books and documents as well as antiques and collectibles.

Recently, for this project I have been qualified as a Hyperbaric Safety Director by International Atmo’s school in San Antonio . The regulations concerning a hyperbaric chamber’s operation require this training to operate the chamber. (Please see my certificate of course completion and my  picture on the media page).

We will have a Clinic Director who has set up and operated for the last 8 years, the newest and largest multiplace hyperbaric chamber and wound care clinic in San Antonio.  She will come on board after start up as she currently is employed at the aforementioned clinic.

We also have some  highly experienced hyperbaric operators wanting to work with our clinic when we open.

During the safety director course I was approached by  Kevin (Kip)  Posey  from International Atmo. The firm is the premier hyperbaric training ,consulting and management firm in the entire world.  In fact for many years they  managed the Jefferson  Davis Hyperbaric Clinic at the main Methodist Hospital as well as the Nix’s hospital’s hyperbaric clinic.

We discussed a possible role that International Atmo might play in the  setup and operation of the clinic. They stand ready to help us on any level they can perhaps even perhaps  as an investor.

We  have a volunteer in-house accountant to set up our books and get us started in receiving donations and fulfilling IRS 501c3 requirements.  We will employ a recognized accounting firm to audit our books and generate our IRS accounting documents.
